Something is finally changing int the air. I have known for decades, and written for many years, the same basic truisms that though I noted, seem to escape us as a nation of Jews, and as the voter base of the State of Israel.Somehow, we have endured the progressives’ insistence on ending every aspect of western society, the pressure of political correctness to commit national suicide, and somehow, here we are and though we really can’t see the pendulum swing the other way yet, we feel in this infinitely small slice of time, that it jut might start. The Election is Tomorrow. I think it is one of the most important elections Israel has had in many years if not decades. I have tired to explain for a long time, that the main problem in Israel’s foreign policy is not in its weak attempts at “Hasbara”, PR, marketing nor anything of the sort. Gaza – The Big Picture and What Israel Should Do (have done)

Nearing what could be the end, or hopefully simply a lull, of this round of fighting in Gaza, it is important to take a step back, look at the big picture, and see what Israel if anything has achieved in what it should have achieved. Throughout this latest conflict I have published several articles discussing various aspects like Kerry’s intervention and The Tactics and Strategy and The demonstrations and Media. The Truth Behind the ‘Disproportionate’ Reactions to Israel’s actions in Gaza

Antescript: The discussion that follows here is of imminent importance as Israel unfortunately considers accepting a ceasefire (a Qatari, Turkish backed ceasefire being shoved down its throat by John Kerry) with Hamas that will not only further destroy Israel’s eroding deterrence, but cast a shadow over the deaths of the young men that laid down their lives, hoping that Israel’s leaders would ensure it would not have been in vain. Many in today’s world, believe that the PR battles in any war are just as important, if not more important, than its physical military battles. The Tragedy of Israel’s PR Campaign

Likewise, this PR phenomena was also subject several previous articles, including But for a briefer note, a response is needed to the flood of ridiculous posts…all over my social networks, and all over cyberspace. Constantly, Israeli officials, United With Israel types, and amateur independent Israel supporters with good intentions, barrage the world media with tragically ironic or simply absurd statements…. “No country would tolerate hundreds of missiles…” um right no country would… except Israel who does. “Israel has the right to defend itself” we keep screaming into the nothing, while we then refuse to defend ourselves. this isn’t debate club, this is a real war… and we need to really win it or we will really lose it. Tel-Aviv has been hit – It’s on Now

You may bomb Sderot, Ashkelon and Beer Sheba in the South freely, you may bomb Haifa in the North all you want, and still Israel will usually respond with no more than the ironic “We will not tolerate (yet we are tolerating) ..” But if you bomb Tel-Aviv, home of Israel’s left and ruling elite who are all too willing to give away the rest of the tiny nation as long as they are left alone, then you invoke a massive response. Just Yesterday, I warned about the growing confidence of Hamas controlled Gaza with a supportive Egypt under the Muslim Brotherhood. Today, the seriousness of my warning was shown with an Egyptian ambassador recalled and Hamas launching Iranian missiles at Tel-Aviv. We must keep in mind, that while they have dared to go further than before, note that they also show their overall inability and weakness. With all the rage in the world, and one of its leaders dead, all Hamas can do alone is lob a few rockets aimlessly at Tel-Aviv. Israel is not wiped out as they warned. 8 Hours After all others gave up, the IDF Rescue Team saves a man days after being trapped in rubble. Way to go Tzahal!

IDF Rescues Haitian man from rubble after others give up on him Though grateful Haitians sang “Good Job Israel” the BBC who led the coverage, followed by the rest of mainstream vegetarian media, went out of their way to ignore the fact the team was Israeli… Making headlines around the world, they were constantly referred to as “The Rescue Team” and when their command officer, a Captain in the IDF was briefly interviewed before being cutoff, he was called “the leader of the rescue team”. It is understandable, BBC viewers would be very confused if they were told that the IDF, a machine of oppression and repression, was in Haiti trying to save lives, and more confused if they were told they did it so well and pressed on where others of the beloved international community gave up. Yasher Coach Tzahal! We are proud!
